Summer Credit Recovery Program (SCRP)

The Summer Credit Recovery Program (SCRP) is a free program designed to assist students who have failed a couple of classes during the school year to recover those credits over the summer. In order to qualify for the program you have to be a student in need of recovering a few core classes needed in order to graduate. The students are selected by the school counselors, who then send out the required enrollment forms with a predetermined course that can be made up in the SCRP.

SCRP is a three week program. Over that period of time students are required to attend each day to work on their course online. They are overseen by a staff of highly qualified certified teachers who are in attendance each day to assist and answer student questions regarding the material being presented in the course. Students are required to complete 100% of the course with a percentage of 70% or higher in order to receive credit for the course. At that time, the student will receive a PASS/FAIL grade. Student progress is monitored each day and teachers provide additional academic support for students, which is what makes this program so successful.
